This wiki is to be where all contributors put their work on the Psalms, which will serve as the backdrop for our structural and emotional outlines, with the final Translator's Notes.
''Psalms: Layer by Layer'', run by [https://www.scriptura.org Scriptura], provides scholarly yet accessible resources to Bible Translation teams working on the book of Psalms.


To add information, click a Psalm below. It will take you to that Psalm's page, where you will be able to edit (add or modify) the contents. This is the same software as Wikipedia and uses all the same formatting.  
As poetry, the Psalms derive much of their beauty and power not only from their content but also their very language. Translators need to understand the content, the form, and the poetic interplay if they are to make translations with equally high communicative effect and literary quality.
