v. 3a – For the emendation towards singular הַר "mount," for the MT's plural הַרְרֵ֪י "hills," see 11Q5, the Syr.[1] and Kennicott ms 39.[2] It is likely, however, that (although very early in the case of 11Q5) this represents a simplification to the more common phrase הר ציון (appearing twenty times in the Bible).
