v. 1b – In contrast to the use of טוֹב in v. 2,[1] it refers here to the "state in which events are well-performed, morally and ethically correct, and beneficial to others."[2], while the word נָּעִים (“delightful”) refers to “conditions and circumstances that have qualities that inspire appreciation.”[3].
