Purpose: To call all the earth (Israel, nations and nature) to praise YHWH for his wonderful deeds

Content: Israel, nations, and nature, shout to YHWH, the king, because he has done wonderful deeds and he is coming to rule the earth.

Message: YHWH is worthy of universal praise.
