No indication of affect in this section. V. 6:6 mentions that ‘nothing but oppression is within her’ (כֻּלָּ֖הּ עֹ֥שֶׁק בְּקִרְבָּֽהּ׃). This indirectly introduces the idea that someone, presumably Jerusalem is doing the oppressing. But it is hard to determine what the oppressor's emotions would have been in the face of this warning in this passage.
