The binyan is unclear:
‘The [Mishnaic Hebrew] form Niṯpaʿʿel for the reflexive of Piel, a hybrid form with the נ of Nifal added to Hitpael, may be found in וְנִוַּסְּרוּ (for וְנִתְוַסְּרוּ?) and they will submit themselves to chastisement Ez 23.48 (but this can be vocalised as Nifal וְנוֹסְרוּ) and in וְנִכַּפֵּר (for וְנִתְכַּפֵּר?) and it will be expiated (but probably faulty for וִיכֻפַּר) Dt 21.88’ (Joüon-Muraoka §59f).
