| יְהוָ֣ה מָלָךְ֮ גֵּא֪וּת לָ֫בֵ֥שׁ | 1a | YHWH reigns! He is clothed with majesty. |
| לָבֵ֣שׁ יְ֭הוָה עֹ֣ז הִתְאַזָּ֑ר | 1b | YHWH is clothed [with majesty]; he is armed with strength. |
| אַף־תִּכּ֥וֹן תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל בַּל־תִּמּֽוֹט׃ | 1c | What's more: the world remains secure without moving. |
| נָכ֣וֹן כִּסְאֲךָ֣ מֵאָ֑ז | 2a | Your throne has been secure from long ago; |
| מֵֽעוֹלָ֣ם אָֽתָּה׃ | 2b | You have existed from eternity. |
| נָשְׂא֤וּ נְהָר֨וֹת ׀ יְֽהוָ֗ה | 3a | The seas have lifted up [their voice], YHWH, |
| נָשְׂא֣וּ נְהָר֣וֹת קוֹלָ֑ם | 3b | the seas have lifted up their voice; |
| יִשְׂא֖וּ נְהָר֣וֹת דָּכְיָֽם׃ | 3c | The seas would continually lift up their crushing (waves). |
| מִקֹּל֨וֹת ׀ מַ֤יִם רַבִּ֗ים | 4a | More than the voices of many waters - |
| אַדִּירִ֣ים מִשְׁבְּרֵי־יָ֑ם | 4b | (the waves of the sea are mighty!) - |
| אַדִּ֖יר בַּמָּר֣וֹם יְהוָֽה׃ | 4c | YHWH is mighty in the high place. |
| עֵֽדֹתֶ֨יךָ ׀ נֶאֶמְנ֬וּ מְאֹ֗ד | 5a | Your decrees are entirely trustworthy. |
| לְבֵיתְךָ֥ נַאֲוָה־קֹ֑דֶשׁ | 5b | Holiness is fitting for your house, |
| יְ֝הוָ֗ה לְאֹ֣רֶךְ יָמִֽים׃ | 5c | YHWH, forever. |
