Some witnesses read ולא instead of just לא (LXX [καὶ οὐχ], Peshitta [ܘܠܐ], one manuscript in Kennicott). There is a tendency to add waw conjunctions at the beginnings of b-lines (cf. vv. 1, 25, 38, 40).
