v. 6 – Both לְ prepositional phrases in this verse are temporal. The first phrase (לְעֵ֪ת מְ֫צֹ֥א), indicates the time specifications with limited intervals (see The meaning of מְצֹא in Psalm32:6),[1] and the second phrase (לְ֭שֵׁטֶף מַ֣יִם רַבִּ֑ים) indicates the time determination based on events.[2]
