  • The כי in v. 19 probably introduces the content of what is "seen" (ראה): "See how numerous are my enemies and how fiercely they hate me!" (NIV).[1] Alternatively, the כי could be a subordinating causal conjunction: "Watch my enemies, for they outnumber me" (NET).
