1 The happiness of those blameless in their way, of those walking in the teaching of YHWH!
2a The happiness of those keeping his testimonies!
2b They seek him with a whole heart.
3a Also, they have not done injustice.
3b They have walked in his ways.
4a You have commanded your precepts,
4b so that people fully keep them.
5a I pray that my ways might be committed
5b so that I keep your purposes.
6a Then I will not be ashamed
6b when I consider all of your commands.
7a I will praise you with a sincere heart
7b when I learn your righteous rules.
8a I will keep your purposes.
8b Do not forsake me at all!
9a How will a young man keep his way pure?
9b By keeping it according to your words.
10a I have sought you with all my heart.
10b Do not let me stray from your commands!
11a I have treasured your promise in my heart,
11b so that I might not sin against you.
12a You are blessed, YHWH.

13 With my lips I have proclaimed all the rules that come from your mouth.
14 I rejoice in the way of your testimonies as one rejoicing over all wealth!
15a Let me meditate on your precepts
15b and let me consider your ways.
16a I will delight in your purposes.

22b because I have kept your testimonies.
23a Also, leaders have been sitting
23b and speaking together against me.
23c Your servant meditates on your purposes.

40a Look, I long for your precepts.
40b Keep me alive by your justice.
וִֽיבֹאֻ֣נִי חֲסָדֶ֣ךָ יְהוָ֑ה 41a Now, let your loyal acts come to me, YHWH;
41b [let] your salvation [come to me] according to your promise,
42a so that I will answer a word to those insulting me,
42b because I trust in your words.
43a And do not take true words out of my mouth at all,
