  • עֹמֶ֥דֶת ("endures"): The participle here appears to function as the main predication of the clause with present/timeless semantics.[1] This might be one indication that Ps. 111 is a late text.[2] But there are examples of timeless / generic aspect participles in earlier texts as well.[3]
