Discussion

The psalm concludes with a short summary strophe (C, v.6) that only now introduces the superintending divine agent (יְהוָה), whose guiding “Torah” principles govern everything in life for all people—one way, or the other! “God—the ‘proper subject’ of all theology—finally is named as an actor.”[1]
