This is the base template for Creator Guidelines pages. Note that the singular is for the template for the page itself, whereas the plural template (Template:Creator Guidelines) is used to produce a list of pages for navigational purposes.

Use as follows, with the first parameter being the Workflow Order:

Alternatively, the parameter may be named:
